DIED—. . . In Rockford, Coosa County, on Tuesday evening inst, after a long and painful illness, which he bore with patience and resignation, Col. Addison Powell, formerly of Brunswick Co., Virginia, and for the last few years a resident of this city, aged about 65 years.
