Mrs. Elgin Mrs. Elgin, wife of W. M. Elgin, of Weavers Station, died at her home Sunday last, of typhoid pneumonia, after a brief illness. She was a most excellent, christian woman, and her untimely death is deeply mourned by friends and relatives throughout the county. Her sickness was brought on by untiring devotion at the bedside of two sick children, one of whom died. In nursing the other back to life, she sacrificed her own. Who can measure the depth of a mother's love? Her stricken husband and near relatives have the sympathy of our people. |
