Died, at his residence near Jacksonville, on the 17th inst. Sims Kelly, aged 76 years 3 months & 20 days, after a long confinement of dropsy of the heart.

He left an aged companion and 12 children (and one is not) to mourn his loss; but we mourn not as those that have no hope, for he died trusting in the richeousness of Jesus Christ.
