Mr. Edward Lang, for years a citizen of this place, died at his recent home in Waycross on Thursday afternoon last. He was taken suddenly sick and sank rapidly, and when death came very few besides those just about him knew that he had been sick. His remains were brought to Valdosta and buried in our cemetery yesterday. We extend our sympathy to his family.
