Mrs. Jane Penn Died at Trion An Aged and Highly Esteemed Lady Dies Suddenly Special to The Tribune of Rome.] TRION, Ga:. November 1.—Mrs. Jane Penn died here this morning of bowel troubles. She was very old, being over 70 years, and death was sudden and unexpected. Deceased was the mother of Hon. William H. Penn, several years ago an honored member of the legislature from Chattooga county, and possesses a large and influential of near relatives, being a sister of Mrs. J. W. Penn, and aunt of Mrs. H. B. Parks, of Rome, and Mrs. R. T. Armstrong, of Birmingham. Mrs. Penn was visiting with her sister, who is preparing to move to Rome, at the time of her death. She was well-known and beloved by all who knew her. The sudden calling away casts a gloom over the community.
