Dr. Josiah Bradfield
 

Dr. Josiah Bradfield, manufacturer of Bradfield's female regulator and other patent Medicines, died in Atlanta last week at the age of 56 years. The deceased was born at Murphresboro, Tenn., and has lived in Atlanta 22 years, during which time he has been in the drug business and manufacturing patent medicine. He was the best known patent medicine man in the South. He was successful in business and leaves a fortune of $75,000, besides an insurance policy of $10,000. He was a member of the Knights of Honor and was a Mason. He was a clever gentleman and was highly esteemed by all who knew him.
