Sam P. Carter We learn with deep regret of the death of Sam P. Carter, of Cass Station, Ga., who died last week of consumption after a long illness. Mr. Carter is well know in Dalton, having formerly been one of the most popular and successful commercial men on the road. He was a genial gentleman, possessing many noble qualities of mind and heart, and was just entering the prime of a useful life when death called him to that mysterious "bourne from whence no traveler returns." |
